Music leaders at Thomas A Becket are a valuable part of the music team in our school. The children can apply to become a music leader if they are involved in at least one extra-curricular musical club at the school.
Year 6 Music leaders are fantastic role models to the younger children in the school, in practical and inspirational ways. They help in some class lessons with the Lower School children; they conduct the orchestra or lead singing groups; they help the music teachers with jobs and they share and develop their talents and leadership abilities in many other ways.
Putting it simply - year 6 music leaders are invaluable.
